Studio Aprili does not collect sensitive personal data nor uses automated marketing systems. As far as I process personal data, I do this to be able to contact you to provide my services and handle payments. I do not sell your data to third parties and only provide it if necessary for the execution of my agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With third parties that process your data on behalf of Studio Aprili, I enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Under Dutch law I am legally required to share administrative data with the Dutch tax authorities. This happens via secured connections. I store administrative information no longer than legally required. I use an automated invoicing service, that stores contact details of my clients. Please check Jortt's privacy policy.
To be able to keep in touch with my network I store contact details in Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Signal contact lists. This is data I store for a long time. For some collaborative projects I work in cloud-based services such as Zoom, Google Docs, Dropbox and Miro. I minimize sharing personal details in files stored here and make sure this data is deleted when the project is finished. Please note that in the case of collaborative projects this is not entirely within my control.
I take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
